Office Policy
Endodontic treatment varies according to the nature and complexity of procedure recommended, and our fees are based upon the extent of necessary treatment. We will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved.
- For our patients without dental insurance benefits: it is our policy that your estimated treatment fee will be due in full at the time of treatment.
- For our patients with dental insurance benefits: our policy is to have our patients with dental insurance pay their estimated portion at the time of treatment. Although we may not be “in network” with your provider, we will gladly prepare and submit dental insurance claims for you. Because most dental insurance companies will not divulge personal insurance benefits, we do our best to estimate benefits to be paid. If your insurance company reimburses at a higher rate than was estimated, we will issue you a refund immediately. Occasionally insurance companies will not cover the entire remaining balance; when this occurs, you will be required to pay the balance within 60 days.
We do not offer payment plans.
We accept cash, credit, debit, and personal checks.
